Found this watch on ebay as well, sold as not running but only eleven bucks, shipped!

Unitas 6497

I wanted to try my hand at rebuilding the famous Unitas (ETA) 6497 movement so I found a cheap one in this Tramway pocket watch I had shipped from an ebay seller in Istanbul.

I didn't take pictures of this one because I used this wonderful resource to keep track of my progress. The cleaning, oiling and reassembly went fairly smoothly, but I made a couple mistakes re-casing the movement. Thus the flaked porcelain on the dial and cracked crystal. Ah, more lessons learned!
